Just wondering whose administration is best in America - Clinton or Bush

Not worth a debate. As glaring as a double decker bus in the mist of danfos.
Bush is all about war whilst Clinton breathes/eats democracy.
only stain on Clinton's administration i think will always be the "cigar" ("I did not have any sexual relationship with that woman") saga with Monica Lewinsky.

In contrast, do we want to count how many soldiers, civilians have died because of bush's aggression or perhaps less competent way of dealing with terrorism.

Bush's administration I think on domestic matters,
but Clinton's in foreign affairs and only just.

I am not easily taken in by a handsome face(so they say) and
a sweet tongue.

Clinton would rather dilly dally than make tough decisions and
he made the Oval office a Mouth Action laughing stock!!!
