The person required would need to be a Good business strategist as well as a Good manager.

Key responsibilities among other things will include

1) identifying the best Farm layout to ensure optimum use of farm acre's.
2) identify all necessary and Critical farm Facilities to ensure optimal production at all times.
3) identifying the best products/live stock to produce to ensure revenue is maximised at all times.
4) identify best and most economical Foods and products for all live stock.
5) Ensure all live stock are 100% healthy, i.e Vaccinated in a timely fashion
6) managent of all farm staff.
7) The iimplementationof specific controls to reduce wastage and pilfering
Advice on and implement directors business strategy for growth and expansion.
9) any other Adhoc duties as required.
