Gurus in the house... Airtel keeps deducting 20 naira from my credit daily; all in the name of one r and d rubbish I didn't sub for. Pls how do I stop this. This is message that accompanies the deductin. Thanks for using other_R_D subscription service from Airtel.You have been charged NGN 20.0. How do I stop this rubbish pls? |

A friend of mine had a similar complaint some weeks back, but twitted at Airtel (@airtel_care) and had it resolved. You might wanna try them too. |
