It is made from galvanized plate, please I provided the guys number on this thread. He is from Ghana.
To answer you question I think the 4X4 smoking chamber can accomodate your needs, you may need atleast two of it and you can order for gas, electricity or coal system if you like.

For those who are not satisfied with the picture, I will go over to the Ghana man's workshop on tuesday to take more detailed pictures of the smoking chamber and also get their capacity info, please bear with me.
