Gavaar Solutions Limited (http://www.gavaar.com/) is a Technology, Media and Marketing firm based in Lagos Nigeria, and we are looking to immediately employ Application Developers (Mobile, Desktop).

The successful applicant will have demonstrable experience in using a popular PHP backend web framework () and other technologies for mobile development, at least 1-2 native mobile application on either the Google Play and iOS Store, as well as experience in creating & consuming RESTful APIs. Source control experience is a must Please provide code samples and/or directories to your app(s) in their respective stores, as well as a directory to your Github (if any).
The candidate will be involved in:

* Planning and Developing Web Apps

* Liaising directly with clients in regards to new projects / existing projects

* Estimating and tracking time spent on work

* Keeping up-to-date with the latest programming techniques and technologies

* Checking the Helpdesk and fixing any issues that may arise

* Updating mobile apps / websites with new features

* Managing servers and experience with AWS.

The candidate should have the following skills:

* Ideally 2+ years of professional front end design and development experience

* Strong experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript/jQuery

* Strong experience with PHP MVC Frameworks and MySQL

* Strong experience with Angular JS, JQuery, Ionic/Phonegap framework, Java

* Experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite

* Familiar with SEO and social networking sites

* Strong organisational and analytical ability

* Strong Project Management skills

* Experience with Google Analytics

* Must have experience with at least one of the following: Laravel 4/5, Symfony, Code Igniter, CakePHP
