Hello Nairalanders, i have been enjoying mtn zone ever since its inception not until few days ago when the charges became outrageous to an extend of 40k/sec. All efforts to complain to complain to their customer care has being fruitless. my question; i really want to know if the high charges in mtn zone is peculiar to my line alone because am already making plans of abandoning the network for another. Is anyone in the house also charged that high? |

awoof dey run belle. MTN ZONE runs on discount. the normal call rate is 40kb per sec. the more the discount you receive the lower your call rate. you enjoy mtn zone when you receive up to 70 to 99% discount. to calculate (discount/100 *60 seconds)- 40kb amounts to what you will be charged. so if u don't receive discounts ask them for info. YOUR COMPLAIN SHOULD BE YOU WERE NOT GIVEN ANY DISCOUNT, which happen a time. |

Exodusontop:i called customer care wen i experienced d same too nd i was told d flat rate for zone is now 40k/sec.. u can migrate to pulse or xtrapro which is 11k/sec to all netwrks 1 Like |

I have been using zone till yesterday before their call rate went up. I was making calls at 12k per sec. |
