Growing up as a little girl when my family were still in nigeria ,I use to hear my father order our gate man to get fuel from the black market sellers @ a higher rate ....even forex black markets ....now in the states I heard guns and bullets are purchase from black markets but I have never heard of black market court injunction restricting NLC from going on strike......
