Less we revert to Fulani Herdsmen Misdeed and Condone the Caliphate Plan to Islamise Nigeria and allow Corruption to fester by acts of Omission and Commission, two issues that must be corrected constitutionally with dispatch suffaced yesterday:- 1, FEC, probably attended by majority APC Governors of Northern stock advised FG to swap 30% of Tax payable by Dangote for Use on Maintenance and reconstruction of Lokoja/Obajana/Ilorin Roads. As good as this Advice may be, THE NASS MUST AUTHORISE, APPROVE AND CERTIFY IT BEFORE DANGOTE CAN LAY HIS HAND ON SPENDING NIGERIAN TAX JUST LIKE THAT. 2, Lending Money from Jaiz Islamic Bank or from any other Islamic Bank for that matter for infrastructural upgrades, fuel importation, Foreign Exchange adjustment and management is fraught with Religious Motives, corruption and ethnic recklessness similar to arming Fulani Herdsmen with A.K 47 to cause Mayhem all over the South and hunt for imaginary Baboons' Blood to flow. To avoid a situation such as this, THE NASS MUST AUTHORISE, APPROVE AND CERTITY ALL LENDINGS FROM INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL SOURCES. Constitutionally, Taxes and Loans are Funds that must pass through Consolidated Revenue Funds Account to be drawn upon by the Budget and by other methods authorised by the Constitution. This Message is for NASS to act in the Interest of all Nigerians.
