It is not about blaming but in order tackle problem, it is necessary to pinpoint the root of the problem.

In this case the real saboteur are Western oil multinationals.

How does western oil multinationals justify shutdown of so much critical operations at the same time, knowing how much we depend on revenue from oil?

There are trying to destabilise or if possible sabotage the government that is closing all avenues for them to corruptly enrich themselves and their countries.
