– Reports emerging from Ilorin, the capital of
Kwara state have it that the chairman of the
ruling party in Kwara state, the All Progressives
Congress (APC), Hon Ishola Balogun Fulani and
his secretary, Chief Bode Adekanye have both
been abducted by gunmen
– The APC chairman and the party’s scribe were
kidnapped around the Lokoja-Okene highway in
Kogi state
– The ugly incident occurred today, Friday, May
12 at gun point
Vanguard learnt that the abduction of the ruling
party’s stalwarts in Kwara state has brought
chaos into the state and thrown the Kwara state
government and the APC in the state into
confusion, as government officials and party
members, were seen gathered in different
groups talking about the sad event.
