One of the newly CBN appointed member of the Board of Director for Union Bank, is a debtor to Oceanic Bank as reported in the newspapers today. According to report on the list of debtors to Nigerian banks, Mr. Onajite Okoloko who was appointed as a member of the newly constituted board for Union Bank is indebted to Oceanic Bank to the tune of N23.8bn through his company, Mid-Western Oil and Gas. What is wrong with this country? |

Please check yesterday and today's Punch newspaper, and I suspect others would have reported it as well. Yesterday reported the new board while today's edition reported the debtors list. |
