Please, I need to know if all visitors visa require you to go for medical test and to fill family form because a friend of mine want to apply through an agent in South Africa in wish he said it only require his passport since he'll be doing asylum package for him,pls tell me more about this and if it's possible this way without biometric ,filling of family form go for medical before they issue the visa,pls tell me more before he go ahead.

Coming from a good country like south africa, I doubt he or she will be able to get asylum in Canada. Asylum is only given to people fleeing from war and life threatening situations. He should save his money and go through the proper route.
