He should wait. Very soon, our economy will go on recess, then dullanus will be forced to devalue the naira and then the naira will become as useless as Zimbabwean dollars where a satchet of pure water will be sold for N2,000 and a loaf of bread for N40,000. Na that time somebody go buy the house.
