Oh it was but mostly to the British. Who do u think supplied d Nigerian army weapons on credit? Canada, who was supplying Biafra relief, nearly went to war with them over that. At a point the Canadians had an aircraft carrier packed in the Niger delta to stop direct British aid for the Nigerian army and air force
