Simply go back to the doctor.Since you are in OAU,try and see a cardiologist at the teaching hospital who will put you on proper medication, Uncontrolled hypertension has dire consequences so don't take your health for granted. |

hello am your reading is controable i won't say much here if your reading is 140 systolic / 80to90 what that state was that you need do lite execies and rest very well 145-160 / 90-100 this means both your systolic and diastolic is high what to do 1. please stay away from milk at that moment. you need a remedy that will low the blood pressure and not a blood buster 2. please me on 07056737703 |
