The car is clean in and out with a very low mileage.It had only one owner from US who was transferred from the State after a while of usage,that was the reason for low mileage auton drive with V6 engine call 08168994776

The mileage you snapped is the trip mileage and not the odometer mileage.

Press the button beside the mileage twice, it will reveal the true mileage. What you posted is the trip mileage.
Press it once again, you'll get TRIP B, then once again the true car mileage will be revealed.
I hope it's not in its 200,000 though grin
