Fayose and his party are a very big disappointment, they claim GEJ removed subsidy and was heavily opposed then, what now stop Fayose with all his noise to motivate the NLC, civil and human rights organisations to organise massive protests this time around like we saw at ojota then.

Does he expect friends and admirers of the present Govt to carry out protests against the fuel hike? The non resistance to the fuel hike by the PDP just shows we don't have an opposition at all but just noise makers like Fayose.

If I may ask Fayose, what has all his noise in the last one year achieve? is he really putting the FG on its toes as his admirers are claiming. Personally am so dissappointed with the way the FG had an easy ride to get away with the fuel hike despite the acclaimed justification at all.

It just shows we can never have a vibrant opposition, whoever thinks otherwise is a huge joke

if Fayose and his cohort have sense, they should have ask this simple question, why the sudden disappearance of queue in filling stations if the removal of subsidy is not the best option? have they not noticed that we are our own enemies? the disappearance of the queue is an evidence that the marketers were busy hording the product just to make additional profit for themselves at the expense of the poor masses even after the government had paid subsidy on the product. even since the removal of the subsidy, there had been petrol in all the filling stations around my area.

At least that will boost the local economy. It is also proof that fayose is one with the common man. After all, when Buhari and el rufai was busy buying food along the road during the election campaigns, everybody said it was a sign of humility. But fayose own na nonsense ba?

I will like to take this time out to appreciate Nairaland MODs, so far so good they have proven to be nuetral even as voting commenced 2 days ago - aside from the fact say them never issue me ban now for quite sometime - which is highly commendable.

The have also taken out the time to ensure free and fair voting as clear pictures of the two individuals in the voting process are displayed ; Governor Fayose on the "Like" voting handle and President Buhari on the "Share" voting handle.

So far so good, they has been no allegations of rigging which is a first for a Nigeria poll anywhere in the world - whether offline or online.

However rumors are rife that there seems to be voters apathy on the part of the Pro-Buhari camp/APC -who are viciously referred to as Zombies by the present day opposition - be they PDP/Anti-Buhari activist etc.

And from the looks of it, the voting results seems to substantiate their claim.

So we will now be looking into this as voting is still open till FeBuhari 2019 - as APC top chieftains would call it - while we discuss issues relating to the state of the Nation and then consider the attitude and comments of Fayose and see if Past, Present or near future, events will justify this strong line of commentary from Fayose - who is also a member of the opposition party.

So the question now is; is their voter apathy amongst APC Nairalanders and if there is, could it be tied to the current state of affairs of the Nation and the governments complete policy sommersaults or policy reversals which is weighing heavily on the Nigerian populace??
