Two Briton female tennis stars have been shown their way out of the French Open. These two are British Number one Johanna Konta and Laura Robson and they couldn’t get past the first round. Germany’s Julia Georges beat Konta 6-2 6-3 in 64 minutes while Robson, who has been plagued with injuries for over two years was shown the way out by another German, Andrea Petkovic. Their loss has left Watson as the only British woman who made it to the second round in Paris.
