Jiga counted 15,16,11 and 10 HEp-2C cells from four squares of a hemacytometer. If 21 of the cells retained the trypan blue dye, What is the concentration of live cells? (Information: She dispersed a Part of the cells in 5 parts of the stain).
The Formular he taught us is (total / average)X 10
Nw, the issue-is the total viable cells or both viable and dead cells? Also, is the average 4squares or 5parts of the stain?
