these people be the real devil, was it that he thought the money was too much to spend on those girls? he thinks they can't get them again? they just allocated the money in the name of those girls as a scam? they never knew the release of those girls will portray their government in good light? are they just too dumb to think, or just too wicked to reason good?

They're two different situations. Tukur admitted to have aided his principal in stealing money hence the administrative bail so as to encourage others who wish to cooperate with EFCC in future. His case didnt get to court. FFK on the other hand wasn't cooperating with EFCC, so, his case has reached court. It is the decision of the court to remand him.

it is not compulsory for fani kayode to admit to anything. If the the efcc has anything let them charge him to court not trying to coarse him into making a confession with unnecessary detention

He's already charged to court. He's being detained on court orders.

I can see sentiment and tribalism in the EFCC so called fight against.

While Tukur was granted bail, Fani-Kayode is to remain at custody for a month.

Tell me why Nigeria will not crash if things continue like this.

FFK was preparing to run out of the country under the pretext of his British citizenship.
By the way, I am a Yoruba person.

Keep the explanation in your pocket.

Buhari's anti-corruption fight is selective and political

You were not expecting such clear plain and true explanation just as the way it hit you.

he has not been charged to court. The magistrate court which he was charged to was to obtain a remand warrant for his continual detention it does not have jurisdiction to hear efcc cases.if they have a case against him they should charge him to the federal high court or high court of fct instead of trying to induce a confession through prolonged incaceration

The last administration really messed up. They pushed GEJ to do most of the things that are no imaginable. Wasted all our resources to please party members and folks from the North all for 2nd term.

Its so sad that the Chibok issue that he said doesn't exist is the same one they paid $40M to secure their release.

Only God can save us from all this mind-bugging exposures.

FFK met ALL his bail conditions yet they still charged him to court. Booooohari's anti corruption fight is a farce. .its common knowledge this administration wants everyone singing their praises even when they have NOTHING to show for it...it will never work. The Country is too big for such Zombism

So the aim is to make him implicate his principal abi? Ur line of reasoning doesn't make sense at all.

FFK is not supposed to cooperate with EFCC. The anti-graft agency is supposed to investigate and gather its evidence before going to court and not the other way round.

I still can't see where they mentioned him being granted $40million bail. All these "source" they get their reports from, tomorrow we would hear another thing. Nigeria is in shambles right now, the current admin do not know what to do. Issues left, right and center. God have mercy on the poor masses.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has granted administrative bail to Hassan Tukur, the principal secretary to former President Goodluck Jonathan.
Tukur had been in detention for several days for allegedly diverting $40 million he obtained to negotiate the release of more than 200 Chibok schoolgirls abducted by Islamist insurgents belonging to Boko Haram.

Saharareporters quoted a source as saying that Tukur was detained and interrogated on charges that included his reported pocketing of about $35 million out of $40 million budgeted for negotiating the release of Chibok girls.

The source said Tukur was released yesterday, but ordered to report to the EFCC’s headquarters in Abuja whenever he was required to do so.

Your post is very misleading, the article never mentioned him paying money, it said "administrative bail" meaning it was free
