Akinsiku, who lives at No. 2, Fawole Lane in Obanikoro area of Lagos, is facing a charge of rape. According to the prosecutor, Cpl. Osayande Anthonia, the accused committed the offence at about 5.00 p.m in May 9 at his apartment. She said the accused allegedly enticed the nine-year-old co-tenant’s daughter with biscuit and raped her in his living room.
