The niger delta militants on saturday surrendered arms and ammunitions to the federal government at the peace camp in bayelsa. Prominent militants where present at the venue where boyloaf brought two truckloads of arms. Does this mean d end of militancy or just d surrendering of 1/3rd of the arms in their possesion. U should have seen d type of guns they had, i'm sure some policemen have never handled such a thing
