My laptop couldn't boot to window this afternoon what may have cause the issue and what is the possible solution? this is what booting manager was writing when i boot it. file:\boot\bcd status:0xc00000e9 info:an unexpected i/o error has occured. please help me |

The prime suspect is your hard disk.The computer is trying to load the boot file situated in there. Try this, remove the hard disk, put it back and reboot. |

Try dusting up your laptop fan area & clean you RAM! If the problem persist then ur hard-drive need to be reloaded with the particular windows u `re using! Goodluck |
