My laptop couldn't boot to window this afternoon what may have cause the issue and what is the possible solution? this is what booting manager was writing when i boot it.

info:an unexpected i/o error has occured.
please help me

The prime suspect is your hard disk.The computer is trying to load the boot file situated in there. Try this, remove the hard disk, put it back and reboot.

Try dusting up your laptop fan area & clean you RAM! If the problem persist then ur hard-drive need to be reloaded with the particular windows u `re using! Goodluck
