Hmmmm, happen to me in Ecobank.

Wanted to recharge my phone with 500 airtel only to get error message but rampant alert of 500 x 4 arrived my phone

Several emails to the customer care but no solution up to date

U don try contact their OMBUDSMAN -(01 - 2260450). I am sure dey can come to the rescue.
