When I was in school, I used to think life would be bed of roses. After my youth service, the reality of life dawned on me. No allowee is forthcoming and no job invitation. Later I got a job. I was very happy thinking this job will make things happen for me. Rather, the job brings frustration.
Then I met this old friend. We served together and unlike me, after youth service, she has started working on how to make things work without depending on some salary from a company. A year after our service, she has been to different countries(all expenses paid), living above what I call income while I was still trying to make ends meet with month end salary. Being her own boss, she make things happen for herself.
