How Sincere Are The Igbos' To The Niger Delta ? by kiyosaki1(m): 3:46pm On May 31, 2016
There was a time in this country oil exploration and it's proceeds only benefitted the federal government of Nigeria and the Eastern regional headquarter in Enugu before Adaka Boro did something about it.
then the federal government headed by northerners partner with their Igbo partners to cheat the oil producing areas of their God given resources.
Was it that the Igbos didn't know we were their brothers then when they partner with the government to rob us?
Do you know it was the Igbos that partnered with the federal government to fight Adaka Boro and put down his 12 day revolution?
Do you know it was this betrayal by the Igbos that Isaac Boro found out that made him enlist into the Nigerian army to fight against the Igbos in the civil war?
Do you know it was the Igbos around Adaka Boro. That betrayed the symbol of the Ijaw struggle and had him killed in mysterious circumstances near Ogu
The Igbos have never liked us, they are only trying to use us to achieve their agenda, if they could join with the federal government to rob us of our resources when we were yet ignorant until Adaka Boro opened our eyes, what has now changed that they are now pretending to be our brothers and friends?
Our loyalty remains with Adaka Boro who was betrayed by the Igbos, Boro will not be happy to see that we are being used by the Igbos that betrayed him.

IBOs are hypocrites and history distorters, they would rather poison the minority tribes in the ss with lies on our Yorubas are their enemy, when it was aguiyi ironsi who was the man that clamped down on Issac adaka boro and crushed Niger Delta republic, while yorubas allowed the Midwest region.
it was as a result of their wickedness that boro fought against Biafra and defeated them out of the deltas before getting killed, all they wanted was to dominate the minorities and steal their resources.

What year did the Igbos partner with the northerners to steal your resources...?
Besides the eastern region then was one...
Coal was a major resource

So you have been swimming in ignorance, I didn't know o.
You still need an enlightenment...
The lies the Yoruba media used to cage them have been busted and the new ND now know better.

You makers of mischief should give it up already..

OGA OP Am a Niger deltan but to be sincere you mean no well for our people,at this point in time we should be preaching unity/peace among ss/se and not division.

But if you think you have enough reason we should not unity, then hold conference and tell us your mind and not hiding on nairaland to rant.

BUT I WILL ADVICE YOU TO KEEP UR REASONS AS WE ARE ALREADY UNITED.

GOD BLESS SS/SE
GOD BLESS OLD EASTERN REGION.

We Niger Deltans have been living peacefully and cordially with our Igbo brothers inter-marrying and doing business for ages before the europeans came. We will continue to stand together in unity as brothers and partners in progress. The demand of the various Niger Delta activists group should prove to you our unity.

Not a matter of logic, it calls sanity into question, there is no way any sane human being can even think of something so ludicrous, let alone say it..

I don't believe it.... nah, no,never, nei..

Who did the south south partner with to use Enugu coal money to build the city of Port Harcourt?

When did Nigeria start exporting crude oil?

So the Igbos should have given Adaka Boro a warm welcome after he fought against them and certainly killed many Igbos?

Your problem is that you think that Niger-Delta starts and ends in Ijawland. You are talking about Adaka Boro and what happened 50 years ago. What about today? When GEJ, an Ijaw man was running for re-election last year, who were the only group who gave him almost 100% support?

The mere fact that they seem to be happier and showing more vocal support for the ND avengers who are only destroying our lands speaks volumes.
Will they allow anyone pollute their own lands?
