One of the contestants who partook in the pageantry, Chisa Nora, took the time to explain the bitter events that unfolded during their camping days.

According to Nora, the ‘organizer’ of the pageantry had never really been fair with them in the first place, as a matter of fact, the contestants spent their personal funds, much more than the prize money of 1 million naira, for the organization of the pageant show.

Miss Nora who addressed the issues in a Phone interview with PZIMedia, did not fail to mention how Mr. Barakumo Odede, continued to pressurize them while they were at camp, to cough out ridiculous sums of money, one of which led to Miss Grace Okoro Adaeze’s decision to hand her ATM card over to him. Consequently, he withdrew not just the 5,000 naira they both agreed, but a further 45,000 naira which was the money her father had deposited earlier on for her school fees.

According to reports, all other queens seemed to have the back of the dethroned queen. The queen who was nominated to take up the crown, Miss Blessing Ogar, didn’t even hesitate to resign after the crown which was borrowed from the current Miss Bayelsa, was placed on her own head.
