Amnesty program was not cancelled, but since inception of PMB, he stopped funding them, he only promised to start funding the moment these boys started misbehaving, and to make other niger Deltans not to join NDA, he flagged off the ogoni clean up, stating that lack of fund will not deter the success of the clean up. Why? because if he refuses to, just like the op said, FG will be bankrupt in just 2weeks, without a penny in the foreign reserve, that means no import of anything for all Nigerians, mind u, we are already running a $187 million dollars deficit on our BOP, any kpacham again, let's say 1 more week of no incoming fx from sale of crude, even bubu can not maintain his orderlies or his presidential fleets.
