Forbes, the world's leading wealth evaluation company have released its latest ranking of "the 60 richest self-made women". Most notable on the list are Oprah Winfrey, Sheryl Sandberg and Beyonce, however, the CEO of a roofing magnate with a $4.9billion fortune storms the list by leading the wealth chart.

The CEO of ABC supply, Diane Hendricks, 69, who co-founded windows and guttering firm ABC Supply with her husband, Kenneth, in Wisconsin, United States in 1982 tops the Forbes list. She took over the full operations of the company after the death of her husband. Despite her age, Ms Hendricks, still shows up to her office every day, and more than anybody else on the list, she has around $1.6billion more to her name. She started her business venture right after finishing high school. Other popular names that make the cut include Madonna, Vera Wang, Jessica Alba, Barbra Striesand and Taylor Swift.

The annual list celebrates women who stood out in their various ventures in the past year. This year list have so many surprises with lot of young ladies named in this year's edition. However, it is worthy of note that some of the ladies are working at top companies such as Google, Facebook, and so on. This shows the impact this tech giants are having in the lives of their employees and partners.

If their wealth are combined, the 60 women are worth $53billion and have a vast age range, with the youngest on the list - Taylor Swift, just 26 years old.
