Gurus in the house, please i seriously need your help. My Dell Inspiron 14 3421 flickers. Have tried everything possible but it still behaves like that. I update the VGA, upgraded from Windows 8 to 10 but all to no avail. Intermittently it increases and reduces brightness automatically and afterwards it flickers. Pls, how can i address this? Nairaland is my last resort pls...

You probably might need to consult a computer hardware engineer. The display monitor flex might not be sell fixed or is faulty.

You are 100% sure it's the monitor? Did you check to make sure that the monitor is securely plugged into the vga, hdmi, dvi or whatever port you use for it? Often a loose connection can cause flickering. Are your drivers for your graphics card up to date? Your monitor could also be dying. It could be so many things mainly the ones I listed. Please check them all.
