HOW TO:
1. Download and install DUMPSTER.
2. Launch the app and head over to SETTINGS >> Protect Settings.
Here you select the types of files you want
DUMPSTER to save when deleted from the device.
In our case we have to select all the available to free users as the last option of saving app versions on updates is only available to only Premium Users.
3. To let DUMPSTER automatically clean head to
SETTINGS >> Auto Clean and choose the duration you want.
4. From now once any file is deleted from your device it will be saved in DUMPSTER where we can go and restore or delete permanently if we wish.

There's an app called recycle bin in app store. It works with 3rd party file managers
