Am from Kaduna, I can tell you the number of Jobs are not worth the paper written on. Like the figure it start with 419 it should have been fair to us if it finish with 419.

Wow.....it is well designed and well "drafted" to decieve who wants to be decieved and the first three estimated job heads depicts "419" slots. Who is heading the commitee that will observe this as it is implemented exactly as it is. I refuse to be inveigled to seem like APC is working. Round and round we are still going till we stop cutting of the branches of the problem and focus on the roots to end it once and for all.
