In any business venture, you aim at recovering debts owed to you in order to remain afloat. If because Auchi, the hometown of the governor was disconnected because of the vandalism and destruction of the Disco properties couple with large unpaid debts by the people of Auchi, I will say he is loosing it. This same disco must pay 100% of its bill, can only distribute what it has from the grid yet a governor that ought to know better and get his people to show remose for their destructive action is now threatening the staff and,management of the Disco is rather unfortunate. How would to be investor feel. No wonder Edo state could not have Shoprite established.

the earlier the governor see reasons and withdraw his threat to the disco the better. The Disco is a business ventures and,must not be seen as another rival political parties in the state. If there is anything done wrong in term of the excess billing let the customer make complaint to the disco or Nerc forum for remedial action. They should not take law into their hands.

Now this sounds like the Oshobaba I used to know grin
Very true, but sadly I think I have learnt my lessons about ideology as regards Nigerian politicians; socialists during the day, capitalists at night.

so na bad thing he do as he talk so.

No be bad thing. But when Oshiomhole won, he ignored areas that did not vote for him. Areas that supported PDP and concentrated on other Areas where APC won. I DON'T like PDP though, but truth be told. I was in Edo state all along. He didn't do anything in areas like Ekpoma and co. And he concentrated on Benin and Auchi more cos Benin is the centre and he comes from Auchi. That is not a good trait of a good leader. Him talking now is a formalities, Oshiomhole is the most foolish Governor the APC ever produced.

"He explained that the action of the electricity distribution company had not only subjected the residents to grief, but also stifling investments in the state:

Oshi-Omole, your party is in government now, ACT and stop ranting. {Edo State Government will prosecute any criminal extortion}
Na the criminal PDP sell PHCN to these useless DISCOS who are eager about only profit not minding the poor services they are rendering to the people. Even in the past with about 3K megawatts, Power distribution was still efficient in the country. Useless PDP.

Please help us appeal to Mrs . Funke Osibodu , she is the head of power holding company in UDU local government area of Delta state to please give us power. The whole of the LGA have been trown into total darkness for the past 2 month over a protest, a particular street called New York, carried out a protest over , over estimated bills, no power and NEPA keep bringing outrageous bill, during the protest one of the NEPA official slapped a married woman and it resulted to violent, since then Mrs. Funke Osibodu has vow to punished the whole local government for six months we are now in the 3rd month, to my amazement some companies around the vicinity such as WETLAND HOTEL, EMU BAKERY LTD AND FANTAZER FAST FOOD AND OTHERS went to bribery her and she restored power to those companies living the residential area black out, wen the elderly people in the community called her she will start insulting them, to the extent she said there is nothing the government can do to her, that she own the company. Please help us, she is using the sin of a street to punished the whole local government

If you don't understand a post, u shut up or better still ask questions. The problem all started from your hero GEJ who sold the discos to incompetent hands like Funke Osibodu. My community has been disconnected by this same woman for over 3 months over estimated bills. How is that Fashola's fault? The power generation is low because people like you choose to keep bombing the gas pipelines. What magic do u want done again? Criticize intelligently please
