Nigeria is a lawless country. Imagine what a Prof said about grazing. The North has a large land mass where they can graze their animals in the wet season and dry season(with irrigation method). I have not heard anywhere in the world where animals are moved from one place to another destroying farmland, crops and also killing people, if not Nigeria.
