Pls I have problem with my plasma t.v power pack which carries 19V, 3.5A I went to sony office for a replacement pack I was told the price is 15k, so I taught of buying a laptop charger which is cheaper but the one I got was 19V, 3.42A. Pls anyone with knowledge of this power rating should help me check if 3.42A can also power 3.5A device before I buy it. Pls |

the power pack is okay for the tv. The power difference is less than 2 watts & less than 3% total power rating of the original pack. But whats the rating of the tv. |

15k for a 19v, 3.5a power adapter? That's ridiculous. Well, I ve had several instances where I didn't even bother to check with Sony.just get a very good one with same or better amps ratings and you are good to go. |
