Red palm oil is not just an every day
vegetable or oil. Palm oil is rich in
antioxidants such as vitamin A and its high
concentrations of vitamin E protects skin cells
and improve overall health. Studies have found
red palm oil to contains vitamins D and K,
which are not present in other oils. The rich
nutrient content in red palm oil makes it ideal
for your hair and skin. Organic red palm oil
contains natural antibacterials that fight
bacteria and free radicals. Using red palm oil
on your hair can help maintain moisturized
and conditioned hair. Red
palm oil is beneficial if you have a cut or
scrape on your skin, because the oil will kill
germs. This antibacterial oil is also good for
your hair and scalp because it can prevent
scalp acne and dry scalp. Red palm oil is rich
in vital nutrients. These vitamins are essential
for healthy hair and skin. Vitamins A and E are
free radical neutralizers and they fight free
radicals, helping to protect and preserve your
cells, resulting in healthier hair and skin. This
red palm oil hair treatment is highly
recommended to be done at least once every 4
weeks. When hair is lacking nutrition, you will
have dry, brittle hair which can stop your hair
growth. Red palm oil hair treatment is a must
try for all women especially if you have damaged or dry hair. I have to admit i was very skeptical to
try this regiment. Although I know all the
health benefits that this palm oil
provides because after all, I eat red palm oil
every other day as part of my daily food
intake. I've also heard of red palm oil soap which is used as a natural facial treatment which is sure to leave your skin glowing. I never thought I would find myself applying that red stuff on my hair, like seriously?

on a Saturday when I
had nowhere to go and not much to do. I had
to put on dark clothes and dark brown towels
to avoid red palm oil stains. After I was able to
get the oil through my hair I twisted my hair
into the three different sections, I put on a
shower cap and then wrapped a small dark
brown towel on my head. The whole thing
started at 11:00am and by 5pm I decided to
wash the red palm oil out of my hair. By the
way, throughout the day I had my paper towel
to whip the oil off my neck and forehead as it
could drip down at times (but you can simply
avoid this by putting just enough and not too
much red palm oil). The secret is to also apply
the red palm oil when it is semi-solid and not
too liquid to avoid too much mess as you
apply it to your hair so you can refrigerate the
oil for a few hours prior to using it. As the day
goes on, it will melt and that is another reason
to have your paper towel handy. I also used
the paper towel at the end of the treatment to
first whip the excess of oil off my hair before
bending forward over my kitchen sink simply
because it is stainless steal and was much
easier to wash off any red oil stains. I might
have used too much red palm oil to begin with
but 2 spoons of the oil should go a long way
depending on how much hair you have. The
idea is to be sure you have red palm oil all
over your hair from the scalp to the hair tip. I
did 3 shampoo washes and then applied my
favorite hair conditioner. My hair was mighty soft,
nourished and shiny and it just looked and felt like
I fed it with some great food. now this is
something I can't explain, you just have to try
and experience it for yourself and Yes it's that
good.

I use red Palm oil mixed with black palm kernel oil and mustard oil for deep oil treatment before shampooing, or as oil rinse in between shampooing and conditioning depending on my hair needs.
The softening and conditioning effect is very real.

Now I don't wear an amour of black when applying. I simply sit at my dresser and apply in sections, twist up, wash my hands at d toilet sink then cover my hair with nylon, shower cap then a beanie. it doesn't stain anything.
Nowadays I mix it in my mustard powder mask for hair growth.

Afterwards I moisturize, seal or curl..then style.
