I bought this phone two weeks because of the over 5000 amh battery to avoid moving about with battery bank. Due to the prevailing power challenges, I have not been able to recharge regularly. Even when NEPA is available, the charging rate seems, to me, to be very slow.

Is this the experience of other users?Please help me. Is there any app apart from DU battery charger that will help ? I need advice?

2.0A chargers are effecient when the phone has fast chaging feature, however you will experience a faster charging rate with the 2.0A charger

A high capacity charger will help to charge faster

When will these people learn. How will Tecno make a phone of 5000mAh battery in 2016 without including a fast charging function in its feature.

A monumental flaw. It'll take nothing less than 7 hours to charge without fast charging feature even if you choose to use a 3Amp charger on it.

i also had that issue with my C8 but when i got the charger meant for the phone it started charging well so i think you should get the right charger for the phone

The problem is a low power charger you are using. Get a New charger with 2.0 Am or 2.1 Am Voltage output. Your phone should charge faster.

my techno l8plus is charging very slow, I am using black berry play boy charger.

Its normal to be slow cos of the battery capacity.
