Once they were a happy celebrity couple, darling to the press, one a music star and the other a television personality. But now their marriage is torn apart. Mariah Carey who was married to Nick Cannon in 2008 got divorced from him last year. Despite wanting a divorce, Nick Cannon seems not to be cooperating according to reports.
Sources connected with the former couple reported that Mariah Carey has been trying to get her ex husband to sign off for close to a year, but he has refused and won’t give his reasons. The couple separated in August 2014.

In December 2014 Nick and Mariah struck a property settlement agreement and they agreed to joint custody.
We’re told all of the issues have long been settled, yet the America’s Got Talent presenter repeatedly declined to sign the papers that would make their divorce official.

Sources say Nick who is well known for his movie Love Don’t Cost a Thing had wanted out of the marriage but still in a dilemma as he still loves Mariah and doesn’t want to officially let her go.
Another source claims Mariah seems to be frustrated over his actions and simply wants out. Well its left for Nick to be firm and decide what he really wants. The time is tickling fast on him.
