Solynta Energy, a renewable energy company based in Lagos, is looking for a reliable Operational Manager to be responsible for the overall supply chain management. You will organised and monitor the storage and distribution of goods to our clients in an efficient and timely mananer.

Key Duties:

Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and customers
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
Resolve any arising problems or complaints
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
Comply with laws, regulations and other requirements


Qualifications:

Qualification in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain


Skills:

Proven work experience as an operations manager
Record of successful operational management
Demonstrate ability to lead and manage staff
Excellent analytical, problem solving and orgnisational skills
ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
ability to work under pressure

Salary

N80,000 per calendar month.
