1. Instruct all banks to credit everybody with free monthly salary of ten million naira.
2. Order all fuel stations to dispense fuel free of charge to everybody.
3. Instruct people selling things in the market, businessmen and women to give away their goods and services free of charge to everybody.
4. Mandate Toyota and Mercedes Benz companies to distribute all cars to everybody free of charge.
5. Instruct all schools both private and public institutions including universities to cease from collecting tuition fees.
6. Command Mr Biggs, Chicken Republic, Shoprite etc to cook food and give everybody for free.
7. Pay all landlords and landladies rent for everybody.
8. Command Nigerian Breweries and Guinness to distribute drinks to all Nigerians free of charge.
9. Invite everybody to Aso Rock every weekend for night parties.
10 Make provisions for every Nigerian that wants to follow him for future oversea travels.
