Death is no respecter of age and that's why several ignoramuses made a complete mockery of themselves in the build-up to the last general elections. We must all endeavour in our little corners to make this world (not just Nigeria) a better/safer place to live in. RIP AMODU/KESHI

Sometimes I think of it but, the manner of these deaths should amaze one much.

The average well to do Nigerian eats massively.
They consume any eye watering delicacy, especially red meat etc.

What these sort of food do is put you on a queue for blood pressure.
And then, the NIGERIAN doctors finish you up with outdated bp pills.

If one is observant, you will see that most middle aged NIGERIANS have blood shot eyes.

That's a food sign of lingering high bp and it's medications.

Such people could slump and die at a moments notice.

The economic situation in Nigeria does not help matters neither does our diet.

People should learn to eat less fatty stuff and meat etc and go vegetarian.

Exercise more and more importantly, get close to God.
