Chris Brown can't seem to stop his romance with the law anywhere he finds himself. The singer was recently pulled over by the police in Amsterdam for riding a dirt bike without registration. The officers who didn't know who he is, slammed with a ticket and took him to the station to pay the fine despite his body guard asking "do you know who he is".
