Italian giants Roma will face Fulham in the Europa League group stages as the tournament gets into full-swing.

Everton's toughest trip will be to Portugal to face Benfica whilst Scottish League runners-up Celtic will have to take on German side Hamburg.

However the possible tie-of-the-round may not involve any British sides as Spanish side Villarreal take on Italian legends Lazio.

The new format sees 12 groups of four teams compete for qualification to the next round by finishing in the top two positions in their group.

These teams will then be joined by the eight third-placed teams from the Champions League group stages for the round of 32.
