Ekiti State Allocation from the Federation Account (May 2016)

1. Statutory Allocation - N1,210,511,781.512. VAT - N626,846,172.583.
Recovered Excess Bank Charges - N9,989,368.694.
Exchange Rate Gains - N13,572,036.54
TOTAL ALLOCATION - N1, 860,919,359.32

DEDUCTIONS
1. Foreign Loan N30,217,966,492.
Contractual Obligation (ISPO) N397,196,808.003.
Commercial Agric Credit Scheme N23,120,001.444.
Bond Issuance - N102,458,000.015.
NUWSR (Water Project) - N41,112,500.006.
FG Salary Bailout - N86,405,567.03 (Not deducted)
7. Excess Crude Loan - N179,945,191.18(Not deducted)
8. Commercial Bank Loan - N248,153,651.78(Not deducted)
TOTAL DEDUCTION - N594, 105,275.94
NET ALLOCATION - N1, 266,814,083.38
Note:1. Total sum of N514, 504,409.99 (FG Salary Bailout, Excess Crude Loan and Commercial Bank Loan) was not deducted from the May allocation as part of FG assistance for the States. Total deduction ought to have been N1, 108,609,685.93 and this would have left the State with N752, 309,673.39.2. The Bailout Fund was taken to pay August and September, 2014 salary of workers (including political appointees) and May, June and July 2014 Cooperative and Unions Deductions that the APC govt of Dr Kayode Fayemi did not pay.3. If Ekiti State was not plunged into debt by the APC govt of Dr Kayode Fayemi and no deduction was made from theallocation, the State would have received N1, 860,919,359.32 for the month of May, 2016!4. Anyone or group with contrary information should supplyit to the public

This is what accountability is, there's no money to pay the workers. Fayemi was spending N50mil doing up his bedroom.

Fayose is the most transparent governor I have ever soon. How many Governor in Nigeria as at today can dare publish their federal allocation? he left 10billion naira in his first tenure while Fayemi left huge debt and this APC psychopath cant see that...is pathetic. Even Ambode cant dare do it

You don't need to come here and claim who is right or wrong. Let the FG and Fayemi counter the claim

People like you said he lied against Fayemi, he gave you a prove, now you talking about internal revenue. Anyway if you have ever visited Ado-Ekiti before, on the road to Fajuyi there is a wide screen board where Fayose usually announce the state revenue for the months. No Nigeria Governor as ever done that

Is his man insane?? Elections are far over but Fayose seems not to get it

it is still the same Fayose that keeps saying Buhari should stop blaming jonathan, yet since day 1 fayose has been calling fayemi's name relentlessly. Didi anybody force ekiti to collect bailout?? So why the nagging

All together I think this is the worst Government in the country right now, surpassed only by bayelsa. Fayose's case is worse cos of his extreme stupidity! the osun state he was laffing at has now been able to clear its debt, yet fayose keep buying bole and groundnut to deceive the silly wailers..awon oshi!

Waiting for Aregbesola, Ajimobi and Okorocha to follow suit. First, declare your state allocation from the federation account, then your IGR and how you disburse the funds. This is what we call transparency.

Good start Fayose, waiting for the remaining info on your IGR.

Thank you.

The guy asked a valid question, where is the IGR, corporate taxes, parks, pits, market, stickers, interstate Agriculture revenue, state government investments remitance etc.
Think smart!
If there is no revenue to pay the workers, what are the workers there for?

Name the governors that have done this or forever shut up.
How many times did Aregbese open up his books when his workers were all on strike?

Hmm.

Federal and state governments really need to work together to solve this bankruptcy problem.

If close to 60% of states cannot pay salaries, then there's a problem.

Not time for blame game, but an actually solution.
Re: Teachers Strike- Ekiti State Government Publish Allocations From Federal Account by Nobody: 8:29am On Jun 15, 2016
Why did he not include Internally generated Revenue (IGR)?

Is the state suppose to rely on federal allocation alone?
He is being smart by half. Because he game plan is to embezzle all the IGR.
He is only flashing May allocation for all to see.

He should publish the allocations and all the IGR in the last 6 months let us see
