These youths need proper re- orientation that stealing does not pay. Menial jobs like cleaning the street, working on building sites, washing plates in Bukas, cutting bush in rural areas, etc are everywhere. These jobs are better than stealing, getting caught and burnt in broad daylight. At the end of it all, go to hell and burn eternally.
