This is supposedly one of the wards at Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) Lagos. In the absence of power, the nurse is substituting with rechargeable lantern. Has it gone this bad?

There's no proof the hospital is LUTH. Nevertheless we won't acknowledge the fact such does not happen in a government hospital especially.
