There are some people that you can swear on Yar Adua's grave that they are not graduates. You'll see some that cannot fill forms, can't type and can't even communicate effectively in English language and yet, they shout everywhere that they are graduates. Indeed, empty barrels make the loudest noise

I'm not excusing her blunder...

I've seen brilliant students with terrible English likewise I've seen eloquent ones with nothing upstairs. You just can't judge someone's brilliancy via how good or bad their English is.

Environment plays a major role in all of these.

i be yoruba boy. bt dis shit is common among Yoruba peeps who schooled outside lag hehehehe. for my ppa den der gbagbaun no be here o. you learn how to speak and write English in primary school not university.

I think some people serve with other people's certificates.
The two hausa guys in my ppa then, most times I don't even understand what they say and even when I do understand, the tenses are always wrong. There was even another Corp member who we called she, a guy o, because he can't differentiate between she and he.

Here are some crying foul over spelling errors, insinuating others are not educated. But you also gave yourself away by generalising an entire tribe for the mistake of a person. In your clouded mind, is that how an educated person is expected to think? Tell me, in what way are you different from an unlettered person in your thinking? Nonsense!
