Have you tried smashing an iPhone 5 and smashing a common tecno p5?

And that software /malware that gave the tecno device virus, have you tried installing it on another tecno device or even a Samsung mobile to see if the problem persists? Every mobile devices screen are prone to breakage from iPhones to Samsung to Tecno, Infinix and Itel, if you're worried about broken screens then you should get phone with shatter proof screen, these aren't phone that come with Corning Gorilla Glass screen though those are scratch resistant screens.

You can't blame a product for how it's used, Tecno devices weren't meant to be rooted and have every malicious app on the internet installed in them just those buses weren't made to be driven 24/7 year long on every porthole Nigeria has to offer.

Now this 3rd point is the worst, 1st of all what's"charging flex"? 90% of these devices come with their micro USB ports soldered directly to the board, they don't use flex, then there's the fact that Tecnos aren't the only devices that come with low capacity batteries, the increase in battery capacity only came in recent years, if you're complaining about Tecnos batteries what will you then say to BlackBerry and iPhone users? even the older Samsung devices have rubbish batteries.
Every OEM has improved in the battery dept and Tecno isn't left out, that just where rechargeable battery technology is at the moment.
