The Nigeria Hospitality House Project is a Public Private Initiative of the Federal Government of Nigeria, designed to take optimum advantage of the business opportunities inherent in major Global Sporting Events/Games.
The 2016 Olympic Games provides a great opportunity to rebrand and promote Nigeria's potentials. However, a state-of-the-art “Nigeria House” will be established in the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in close proximity to the Olympic Games' venues and Games village. The Nigeria House will offer you a very high quality corporate hospitality and platform to promote Nigeria's rich, Culture, Tourism, Business and Investment Climate.
The Nigeria House Project has a clear mandate to attract foreign direct investments to Nigeria through this platform. Given the cultural similarity between Nigeria and Brazil; the project targets at least two million people from across the globe to visit the Nigeria House at the forthcoming 2016 Rio Olympic Games. Therefore, setting sights to generate Foreign Direct Investments (FDIs) into Nigeria worth $22 billion.
