The governor of bauchi state, isa yuguda in a recent interview with vanguard newspaper described the niger delta militants as ungodly people. Why reacting to the boko haram crisis that engulfed his state recently,he revealed that the agitation of the south south has been hijacked by some ungoldly people who see the cause as an avenue to make money. If the governor is correct in his deduction,is he calling the likes of edwin clarke, dokubo, tompolo etb as ungodly people.

Pardon me, how did you know this for a fact? I mean the 4 billa in Tompolo's account.
Besides, if its true, the money obviously came from the government. Just as they (government ) are currently bribibng a lot of militants.

Re: Niger-delta Militants Are Ungoldly People Says Gov Isa Yuguda. by naijaking1: 3:28pm On Aug 31, 2009
Ungodly people?
That was one of the terms used to describe Biafrans, because most of them were Christians who did not subscribe to Islam. The northern propaganda machine churned out so much hate for Igbos, Efiks, Ijaws, Ogonis, because they-the easterners were more educated, had a progressive view, and worshipped Christ/God.
I'm shock this governor should be so insensitive as to call people who simply want to control their own natural resources ungodly. If you ask me, ungodly would be not fighting for your rights.

I am of the opinion is that the ND problem is the fault of their elders who have been in league with
government and the oil companies in one form or the other  over the years. The degradation in that
region did not start today. They looked the other way and "chopped" and "cleaned" their mouths with fat
and juicy joints of contracts and whatever positions were extended to them, to the detriment of their kith and kin.
This loot can be traced to the GRAs in Port Harcourt, and Warri, Lekki, Ikeja, VI and Ikoyi.

These "sharks only drive to waterside and enter boat/canoe to go bury their people  for waterside. They come back
and drive back to Lagos or wherever to live happily ever after. Any favours due to ND is hijacked before it enters the creeks.

Today, these young men eye don open and they know their oppressors but they are all in the creeks protesting and these
pretenders/ vultures are at it again. The young men have no access to ABUJA. Those geriatrics and people with high flying
double barrel names  that do not have correlation with their original culture cannot control them. The boys have decided to
take their destiny in their hands and confront Nigeria . We must listen to them  and reach out to them in very constructive ways.

All past leaders in government at all levels have failed them. The money has been stolen, some wasted and some just literally turned
into ashes by the crooks thatI were rigged into office with voter figures way above what is in the voters register.

It is the same scenario all over he country, ADULT  AND ELITE DELINQUENCY  , Q.E.D

Ears close to the ground have heard that MEND are in verge of something very major.
Nigeria have no chance. Trying to defend the oil installations will be futile.

Not really, i follow their press release closely and read a lot in between the lines.
MEND have been talking about a new phase of the struggle which they call intellectual militancy.
they are saying they'll need less fighters for this phase. And that they don't need to send people to a target before they can bomb it. They first mentioned it some months ago, now they are harping on it again.

If you know what they mean, its very scary. It seems they have acquired long range missiles and can hit any oil and gas installation from miles away. Knowing how stiff neck our leaders are, I think we should start preparing for a time when nigeria oil and gas export will be down to zero.

Your finger of accusation is pointing in the wrong direction. Corruption among some leaders of the south-south is just the symptoms of the disease, it's not the disease. If you want to id the disease, look into the various post independence and civil war acts enacted by Hausa boys with the support of southern retards like OBJ, Ejoor, Clark, etc.

The bolded part below is an excerp from the a latest article about MEND.
About eight months ago, MEND mentioned this hitting a target without going there physically.
It seems they are now ready to put it into practice.

On whether MEND still has weapons and fighters to carry out its threat to resume attack on oil facilities at the expiration of its ceasefire on September 15, Gbomo stated: “We have thousands of fighters who are battle-ready. That number is even too much for the type of tactics we will be using for the new phase.

“Mr (Timi) Alaibe is talking about a time for intellectual militancy and this we understand as destroying a target with an unmanned drone as against going there physically. It is this new and exciting phase where brains as against power will be used. As for weapons and bombs, we have enough to continue after the ceasefire.

When did any kind of struggle become godly business? It is not about being godly, but more like; is there justice in our society? It is embarassing but not surprising that a leader has come up with such language in todays corrupt Nigeria.

Ohh yesss, ONE nigeria for life. I am loving this. @ poster. You are very stupid with your suggested opinion. If Tompolo has stole 4 bilion as you insinuated, it is his money and not your awusa or nigeria's money. By the way, how much money have your awusa people stole since holding the Niger Deltans to ransome.

Why should it even be surprising that a clique in the North thinks the struggle in the ND is "ungodly"; is it not the same clique that has said, it is better to wipe out the 20 million Niger Deltans? We have leaders with very disturbing views of the led. The Jewish holocaust cost 6 million lives compared to the 20 million this clique want expended in the ND, just so they can get their "godly" blood money.

Yuguda is the ungodly one, for;

1. marrying & obviously sleeping with a lady younger than some of his children,on top of his existing 3 wives. .  . . .  tongue

2.dumping the party that got him into power (ANPP),mid way through his term.

3.allegedly sponsoring the Boko Haram thugs .

Imagine the MTF ,talking about being ungodly  undecided
